What makes every day a different one from the day before? I like to think that each day has its own mark in my mind. I like to think that I cherish each day. Tomorrow is my 49th Anniversary with Larry. I can hardly remember when I didn't know him but every day with him I cherish as though it was the very first day. I feel so lucky that we found each other among the millions of people on the planet. I know the love we've carried for each other has strengthened ourselves and our children and hopefully our grandchildren and their children. Long time love is not easy to find or to keep. We work at it but we love working at it. We both are happy. So I am saying Happy Anniversary to my sweet husband for these many years. He knew me when I was young and so was he. Now he knows me when I am old and so do I know him still. There is something beautiful just knowing that. Love can last.
