No Politics for a while!

You can check out my website at http://www.rdlarson.com/

I am busy with my writing and cleaning up my flower garden so I am going to take some time off my political rantings. My beloved is going to carry on for me in his own blog. I have two blogs to add one for Annika and one for Lainey. If you check them out I know you will smile. These are very very very young women whom I admire and enjoy.

Lainey: http://freehardt.blogspot.com/

I am lucky to be so VERY grown-up and have such a wonderful spouse for all these years and a wonderful family as well. I am also very grateful for those of you who read my work -- all the stories, novella, novels and articles -- I love my work and will be writing for the next 35 years one way or another so stay tuned.

Obama's errors

You can check out my website at www.RDLarson.com

I believe Barak Obama is not talking to the working people in the best way. He needs to use specifics and relate stories that are new to the audience of voters. Not something that happened months ago.

Further more, he is inherently smarter than McCain so why won't he discuss the issues in a town hall meeting?

Last of all, to hear that he is unavailable to the press and therefore the public is just not a good idea. When he was more available he had more supporters. I would like more press conferences.

Alaska Army National Guard units are trained and equipped as part of the United States Army. The same ranks and insignia are used and National Guardsmen are eligible to receive all United States military awards. Secessionist Sarah Palin and the Secessionist Alaska Independence Party
She was for Alaska Secession from the USA before she was Against it ... or is she against it, she doesn't say.In the first clip we see Palin address the AIP convention earlier this year:This next clip is the 1st of 2 parts from the convention itself. About half way through the speech(at 6:00), the Vice Chairman of the AIP, Dexter Clark, says this of Palin: "Our current governor who I mentioned at the last conference, the one we were hoping would get elected, Sarah Palin, did get elected . . . .and there was a lot of talk about her moving up. She was an AIP member before she got the job as mayor . . . "This last clip is a continuation of the speech from Dexter Clark, the Vice Chairman from the AIP. In it, he talks about the necessity of infiltrating the major national parties in order to further the goals of the AIP.The AIP’s main aim is to secede from the United States, becoming either a territory or a sovereign nation. They aim to be entirely "self-sufficient" using profits from the oil and gas resources of the state. The AIP WebsiteGovernor Palin’s connections with the AIP are also furthered by her connection to Wally Hickel, a former Alaskan governor. Hickel was elected on the AIP ticket. He served as the co-chairman of Governor Palin’s campaign in 2006. Interview Hickel did with the Alaska Dispatch
